In 1996, founders and owners, Steve and Ann French and Jo Shackelford and her late husband Luther, began what would become the premier CENTURY 21 franchise in Northeast Louisiana Real Estate. The Shackelford's and the French's had years of experience in real estate and were successful, but after months of investigation it was decided they could best grow their business and serve the citizens of the river cities area by joining forces with CENTURY 21. The rest is history with a proud record of excellence.
